Initial Contact
When a family member or patient reaches out via phone or email, we explain the timeline, eligibility, our costs, and answer any questions. We then schedule a time for a follow-up conversation.
Admission Assessment
If the client decides to proceed with the process, we conduct an admission interview to ensure we have all the necessary information. During this step, we also present your preliminary treatment plan..
Set a Date
We provide each client with an admission date, and if you are arriving by plane, we will arrange to pick you up at Malaga Airport. All individuals are warmly welcomed by our clinical team upon arrival.
Aftercare
All 28-day programmes include a 4 month individual aftercare service, every client gets access to a case manager that provides counselling, support and follow up on their discharge plan. The client gets a 1-on-1, intensively in the first weeks after discharge, we believe in the importance of getting individual support when returning to the daily life environment.

Outpatient program
For our clients that have been under our care for a minimum of 3 months, we offer an outpatient day program. The client gets a chance to train on being independent, while they are still under treatment.
