Wenn sich ein Familienmitglied oder ein Patient per Telefon oder E-Mail meldet, erklären wir den Zeitplan, die Anspruchsberechtigung, unsere Kosten und beantworten alle Fragen. Anschließend vereinbaren wir einen Termin für ein Folgegespräch.

Datum festlegen
Wir teilen jedem Kunden ein Aufnahmedatum mit, und wenn Sie mit dem Flugzeug anreisen, holen wir Sie am Flughafen Malaga ab. Alle Personen werden bei ihrer Ankunft von unserem Klinikteam herzlich begrüßt.
Nachsorge
The Standard programme, also when booked in a suite, includes four months of individual aftercare, and Essential includes one month. Every client gets access to a case manager that provides counselling, support and follow up on their discharge plan. The client gets a 1-on-1, intensively in the first weeks after discharge, we believe in the importance of getting individual support when returning to the daily life environment.

Outpatient programme
For clients who have been in treatment with us for at least three months, we offer an outpatient day programme. It gives the client a chance to practise living independently while still under treatment. From €6,500 per month.
