28 day residential treatment starting from £12,000

Arriving at residential treatment can feel daunting, particularly if someone has never experienced rehabilitation before.

At InHarmoni, the admission process is designed to make the transition as calm and straightforward as possible.

Before arrival, the clinical team reviews the individual’s circumstances and determines whether InHarmoni is an appropriate setting. Once treatment is agreed, the centre helps coordinate practical arrangements, including travel and arrival.

Arrival in Marbella

Clients arriving through Málaga Airport can be collected and transferred to InHarmoni.

The first priority is orientation rather than immediately overwhelming someone with therapy.

Clinical assessment

The initial stage includes medical assessment and psychological evaluation.

Where required, medically supervised detoxification can form part of the first stage of treatment. The aim is to establish physical stability while creating a safe therapeutic foundation for the work that follows.

What happens during the first week?

The first stage of the InHarmoni programme focuses on stabilisation and assessment.

This can include medical supervision, psychological evaluation, individual therapy, psychoeducation and an understanding of the factors contributing to addiction or mental health difficulties.

As treatment progresses, the emphasis moves towards understanding patterns, developing skills, processing underlying issues and preparing for life after treatment.

Is it completely structured?

There is structure, but residential treatment isn’t intended to feel like being in an institution.

Clients have scheduled therapeutic activities as well as quiet time, personal space and opportunities for exercise, relaxation and normal daily routines.

The objective is to create enough structure to support recovery without losing sight of the individual.
